I’ll admit I was a little skeptical when I first got my hands on Brian Dean’s e-book to write this Back Pain Diet review. I’ve heard of stretching exercises, physical therapy, pain killers, and inversion tables to treat sciatica and back pain. But changing your diet? This one was new to me. Let’s see exactly what lies between the covers of this book…

Back Pain Diet Review – My Take on It
First, let me say that this book is really put together well. This isn’t some lame e-book that some guy cranked out in Word. There are lots of visual graphics that make the concepts easy and simple to understand. You can tell a lot of time and effort was put, not only into the science behind this, but also into the presentation of the information.
Back Pain Diet Review – What You’ll Learn
This book is about how you can change your diet to decrease inflammation and relieve back pain. And no, I’m not talking about dieting to lose weight. In this book you will discover how eating certain shockingly common foods can actually make it more likely that you will experience back pain.
Brian Dean (a registered dietician) then explains exactly why these foods contribute to back pain. He breaks it down by nutritional elements contained in foods and then gives real-world examples of these foods. I was really blown away when I found out why things like chicken (when prepared in a certain way), egg yolks, and muffins actually cause back pain.
But this book doesn’t just tell you what to avoid. It also covers foods that heal back pain. This section explains why four common nutrients can actually be used to relieve the pain you’re experiencing.
Back Pain Diet Review – What You’ll Get
Of course, when you get this, you’ll get the book that explains all the theory to you. But what I really enjoyed was the fact that this also came with a simple grocery shopping list and a cookbook that you can use to help you start eating right and healing your pain.
If you’ve ever been on any sort of diet before, you know how difficult it can be to take the theory you’ve been reading about and translate that into actual things you can eat. In this cook book, you discover how you can actually cure your back pain while eating 100 different meals including: spicy sweet potatoes, chicken breast with balsamic vinegar and garlic, and maple syrup salmon (yum!).
Even though I don’t suffer from back pain anymore, I’m going to have to try out some of these recipes myself because they just look so good!
Back Pain Diet Review – The Bottom Line
I’m really glad that I’ve stumbled across the Back Pain Diet program. This guide is surprisingly simple to understand thanks to all the work that went into making a quality product. If it seems like you’ve tried every sort of stretch or pill out there to get rid of your sciatica or back pain, I’d suggest giving this a shot.
